As a manufacturing authorization holder, Magis Pharma produces high-quality aseptic preparations on behalf of (hospital) pharmacies. We do this in a GMP-controlled environment using state-of-the-art isolator technology, fully in accordance with EU GMP Annex 1 standards. Thanks to our local production and expertise in Belgium — combined with an extensive stock — we always guarantee fast delivery and a continuously growing product range.

How to order
Three steps, once, per pharmacy.
As soon as the quality contract has been signed by all parties involved, the prices and the ordering option for aseptic compounding will be released on our website.
Register as a pharmacy
Create your account on our webshop with your pharmacy’s APB number. This is the same account you already use for raw materials and accessories.
Sign the contract
Start the contract from the aseptic product page in your account. It bundles quality and commercial terms into one document, with a signature for your pharmacy and one for Magis Pharma.
Order once fully signed
As soon as Magis Pharma countersigns the contract, the price appears on the product page and you can place your order directly in the webshop.

| Do I need an APB number to order? | Yes. Our aseptic compounds are only available to registered Belgian (hospital) pharmacies. |

| When can I see the price? | Once the contract is fully signed, by your pharmacy and by Magis Pharma. Price and the ability to order appear on the product page at the same moment. |
| Do I need to sign a new contract for every product in this range? | No. The contract is signed once per pharmacy and covers the entire Aseptic product range, so future products in this line will not require a new signature. |
| Where can I find my signed contract afterwards? | In your account, under your documents. You can check the status at any time, from the first signature to full countersignature. |
