Administration of Riboflavin 400 mg/5 ml

The soluble sodium phosphate form is not available. Is there any possibility of making a high dosed riboflavin suspension (preferably 400mg/5ml), for a patient with migraine headaches. With the additional demand an acceptable taste and sufficient stability (2-3 month?) to not have to come again every 2 weeks?

It is really not feasible at your high dose. I suggest the following method. You prepare capsules 000 with 400 mg riboflavin and used as filler Avicel RC-591, which can be   as the best solvent as. Picture 1 shows the mixture in the mortar. The patient empts A again 1 capsule into a suitable good tasting beverage. It roars the whole to disperse and suspending the powder in this liquid phase (see picture 2)
