Zn Stearate is no longer available.

We regularly make a diaper ointment with Znoxyde 30g, znstearate 6 G, mgstearate 6 g, cod liver oil 90 g and wool grease up to 300 g. Zn Stearate is no longer available. Can I leave this out or replace it with something else?
